We currently offer shipping across India. For international orders, please contact us at info@organith.store before placing your order.

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been processed and shipped.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: ₹49 on orders below ₹499

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹499

  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website or during checkout.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email or SMS.

  • You can use this tracking ID to monitor the status and expected delivery date of your order on the courier partner’s website.


6. Packaging

We ensure that all products are packed securely using eco-friendly and sustainable packaging to protect items during transit and maintain freshness.


7. Delays in Delivery

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, sometimes delays may occur due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Natural calamities or emergencies

8. Incomplete or Wrong Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate. Organith Store is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to:

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping information

  • Recipient unavailable at delivery time

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, the reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.

If your order is damaged, tampered, or missing items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the packaging and product

  • Description of the issue
