1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all labels, seals, and tags intact.

  • The return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID, receipt, or invoice) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return or refund due to safety and hygiene reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., herbs, oils, teas)

  • Opened or used food products

  • Personal care items (e.g., soaps, oils, balms) once opened

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Gift cards


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and a description of the issue.

After verification, we will offer:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or

  • A full refund, depending on product availability and your preference.

Note: Damage caused due to mishandling or improper use will not be considered for return or refund.


4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or refund:

  1. Email us at info@organith.store with:

    • Order number

    • Product details

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including shipping details.

  3. You must ship the product back to us within 5 working days after receiving return approval.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, incorrect item), Organith Store will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or buyer’s mistake, the customer will bear the return shipping charges.


6. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email whether your refund is approved or rejected.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original method of payment.

Note: Some banks or payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.


7. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order, or before the order is dispatched—whichever is earlier.

  • Once the product is shipped, the order cannot be canceled. You may, however, proceed with the return process after delivery.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the specified processing time:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again.

  2. Contact your payment provider—it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@organith.store.
